Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests for TexFix must be received in writing by emailing cme@uthscsa.edu. A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund if the cancellation is received on or before March 1, 2024. Cancellations received after March 1, 2024 will not be refunded. If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event.
